We are doing the September Squat Challenge to raise funds for FSHD Global Research Foundation and help those with muscular dystrophy!
For many people living with FSHD, everyday movements such as smiling, blinking, raising their arms, walking and even performing a simple squat become impossible.
FSHD Global Research Foundation is a patient-run charity that funds world-leading research to deliver a cure. What's more, their work on muscle regeneration has the potential to benefit people recovering from sports injuries, illness and age-related muscle loss.
