These Terms & Conditions apply to individuals who create, organise, promote or participate in a fundraising activity or fundraising page to raise funds for FSHD Global Research Foundation ("FSHD Global", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering for, participating in or fundraising through an FSHD Global fundraising activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you are fundraising through a third-party fundraising platform, additional terms and conditions of that platform may also apply.

  1. About FSHD Global Research Foundation

FSHD Global Research Foundation is committed to Giving Life to Muscles by supporting people impacted by FSHD muscular dystrophy and funding research into muscle regeneration.

Our work aims to advance research that may benefit people living with FSHD and, more broadly, people affected by muscle loss associated with injury, illness and ageing.

  1. Peer-to-Peer Fundraising

Peer-to-peer fundraising means fundraising undertaken by an individual, team, workplace, school, community group or other organisation on behalf of FSHD Global.

This may include:

  • creating a personal or team fundraising page;
  • asking friends, family, colleagues or members of the community to make donations;
  • participating in an FSHD Global campaign or challenge;
  • organising a fundraising event or activity;
  • sharing fundraising content through social media, email or other communication channels; or
  • undertaking another approved activity to raise funds for FSHD Global.

When you fundraise for FSHD Global, you agree to represent the Foundation honestly, respectfully and appropriately.

  1. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering for a fundraising activity.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • participants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate and fundraise;
  • parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children participating in fundraising activities;
  • FSHD Global may require additional consent or information for activities involving children or young people; and
  • FSHD Global reserves the right to decline or cancel a fundraising activity where it considers the activity inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with the Foundation's values.
  1. Your Fundraising Activity

Before undertaking a fundraising activity, you must ensure that the activity is lawful, safe and appropriately organised.

You are responsible for obtaining any permits, licences, approvals, insurance or other permissions required for your activity.

Depending on the activity, this may include approval from:

  • a local council;
  • a venue owner or operator;
  • a school, workplace or sporting organisation;
  • a relevant governing body; or
  • another government or regulatory authority.

FSHD Global does not automatically approve, organise, supervise or insure individual fundraising activities.

You should contact us before undertaking an activity that involves significant public attendance, physical activity, children, food preparation or sale, alcohol, road or traffic management, raffles, competitions or other regulated activities.

  1. Use of FSHD Global Name and Branding

By fundraising for FSHD Global, you may be provided with approved fundraising materials, logos or other brand assets.

You agree to:

  • use the FSHD Global name and logo only for the purpose of your approved fundraising activity;
  • use branding in accordance with any instructions provided by FSHD Global;
  • not alter the FSHD Global logo or branding without permission;
  • not imply that you are an employee, representative or authorised spokesperson of FSHD Global unless we have expressly authorised you to do so; and
  • not make statements on behalf of FSHD Global without our prior approval.

You must not use FSHD Global's name, logo or intellectual property for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

  1. Fundraising and Donations

All money raised must be handled honestly and securely and must be passed to FSHD Global through the approved fundraising or donation method.

You agree not to:

  • keep or personally use donations;
  • deduct your personal expenses from donations unless this has been expressly approved by FSHD Global;
  • represent that a donation is tax deductible when it is not;
  • make misleading or deceptive statements about how donations will be used;
  • collect donations for another purpose while representing that they are for FSHD Global; or
  • alter, refund or interfere with donations without appropriate authority.

Where donations are made directly to FSHD Global through an approved online fundraising platform, the relevant platform's payment, processing and refund terms may also apply.

  1. Tax-Deductible Donations

Not every payment made in connection with a fundraising activity is necessarily tax deductible.

Whether a donation is tax deductible depends on the circumstances and applicable Australian tax law.

Fundraisers must not promise or represent to donors that their contribution is tax deductible unless this has been confirmed by FSHD Global or the relevant fundraising platform.

FSHD Global will issue tax-deductible receipts where legally permitted and applicable.

  1. Fundraising Expenses

Unless otherwise agreed with FSHD Global, fundraisers are responsible for the costs of organising their fundraising activity.

Examples may include:

  • venue hire;
  • equipment;
  • food and beverages;
  • permits;
  • advertising;
  • transport;
  • insurance; and
  • other event expenses.

Where you wish to deduct reasonable expenses from funds raised, you must obtain prior written approval from FSHD Global.

  1. Minimum Standards of Conduct

When fundraising for FSHD Global, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully.

You must not use your fundraising activity to:

  • promote hatred, discrimination, harassment or violence;
  • engage in illegal activity;
  • make misleading or deceptive claims;
  • damage FSHD Global's reputation;
  • exploit or misrepresent people living with FSHD;
  • publish confidential or sensitive information about another person without appropriate consent; or
  • engage in conduct that could reasonably bring FSHD Global into disrepute.

FSHD Global may remove or request the removal of fundraising content that does not meet these standards.

  1. Fundraising Content and Social Media

You are encouraged to share your fundraising activity through social media and other channels.

When doing so, you must ensure that your content is accurate and appropriate.

You must obtain permission before using another person's name, image, story or personal information in fundraising materials where consent is required.

You must not claim that a particular donation amount will directly fund a specific research outcome unless FSHD Global has expressly approved that statement.

FSHD Global may provide suggested wording, images, videos and other campaign materials for use by fundraisers.

  1. Photography, Video and Publicity

FSHD Global or its authorised representatives may photograph or record fundraising activities and events.

Where appropriate, we may use photographs, videos, interviews and other material featuring participants for purposes including:

  • promoting FSHD Global;
  • promoting future fundraising campaigns;
  • reporting on the impact of fundraising;
  • media and public relations;
  • social media;
  • websites;
  • newsletters; and
  • other communications relating to our charitable activities.

Where individual consent is required, FSHD Global will seek that consent through an appropriate process.

If you submit photographs, videos, stories or other material to FSHD Global, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that material and that its use by FSHD Global will not infringe another person's rights.

  1. Privacy

FSHD Global collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be collected when you:

  • register to fundraise;
  • create a fundraising page;
  • make or receive donations;
  • communicate with FSHD Global;
  • participate in a fundraising event; or
  • provide information, photographs or other content.

We may use your information to administer your fundraising activity, process donations, communicate with you, provide fundraising support, acknowledge your fundraising and provide information about FSHD Global and relevant campaigns.

  1. September Squat Challenge

The September Squat Challenge is an FSHD Global fundraising campaign encouraging participants to complete squats during September while raising funds to support FSHD research and muscle regeneration research.

The campaign is intended to encourage people to "Use Your Muscles for Those Who Can't."

FSHD can cause progressive muscle weakness. For many people living with FSHD, movements that many people take for granted—including squatting, walking, smiling and blinking—can become difficult or impossible.

By participating in the September Squat Challenge, you are helping raise awareness and funds for research.

Important health and safety information

The September Squat Challenge involves physical activity. You should seek medical advice from your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning the challenge or undertaking any new exercise program, particularly if you have any existing medical condition, injury, disability, are pregnant, are recovering from an illness or injury, or have any concerns about your ability to exercise safely.

You are responsible for deciding whether the September Squat Challenge is appropriate for you.

You should:

  • start at a level appropriate for your fitness and physical ability;
  • use correct technique;
  • warm up appropriately;
  • take adequate rest and recovery periods;
  • stay hydrated;
  • listen to your body; and
  • stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness or feel unwell.

Do not push through pain or discomfort.

If you experience an injury, medical emergency or concerning symptoms, stop exercising and seek appropriate medical assistance.

FSHD Global is a charitable organisation and is not a medical or exercise provider. Information provided as part of the September Squat Challenge is intended for general awareness and fundraising purposes only and is not medical, health, physiotherapy or exercise advice.

FSHD Global does not prescribe the number of squats an individual should complete and does not require participants to undertake a particular exercise intensity.

There is no requirement to complete a particular number of squats to participate in the campaign.

Participants should choose a safe and achievable goal appropriate to their individual circumstances.

  1. Alternative Participation

We recognise that not everyone can safely perform squats or participate in physical exercise.

Participation in the September Squat Challenge does not require a participant to perform squats if doing so is not appropriate for them.

Participants may support the campaign through fundraising, awareness raising or another approved activity.

Where appropriate, FSHD Global may provide alternative ways to participate.

  1. Children and Young People

Children and young people may participate in the September Squat Challenge only with appropriate parental or guardian consent and supervision.

Parents and guardians should consider whether the activity is suitable for the child's age, development and physical ability.

Children should never be encouraged to exercise through pain, exhaustion or illness.

  1. Fundraising Targets and Rewards

Where a fundraising target, milestone or reward is promoted as part of a campaign, the relevant campaign rules will apply.

Any merchandise, incentives, prizes or rewards are subject to availability and any additional terms communicated by FSHD Global.

Fundraising rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

FSHD Global reserves the right to substitute a reward with an item of equal or greater value where necessary.

  1. Cancellation or Changes

FSHD Global may cancel, suspend, postpone or change a fundraising campaign or activity where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • safety concerns;
  • extreme weather;
  • government restrictions;
  • venue or operational issues;
  • insufficient participation;
  • technical problems;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or
  • other circumstances affecting the campaign.

Where reasonably practicable, FSHD Global will notify participants of significant changes.

  1. Safety and Responsibility

You are responsible for considering and managing the risks associated with your fundraising activity.

If you organise an event involving members of the public, you should undertake an appropriate risk assessment and consider whether public liability or other insurance is required.

FSHD Global does not automatically provide insurance for individual fundraisers or their fundraising activities.

You should contact FSHD Global before undertaking any activity involving significant physical, financial, legal or reputational risk.

  1. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, you participate in fundraising activities and the September Squat Challenge at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, FSHD Global is not responsible for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from your fundraising activity where that loss, damage, injury or expense results from your own acts or omissions or from an activity that FSHD Global did not organise, supervise or control.

You remain responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect yourself and others participating in your fundraising activity.

  1. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify FSHD Global against claims, losses, costs or expenses arising from your fundraising activity to the extent caused by your unlawful, negligent or unauthorised acts or omissions.

This clause does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss or liability was caused by the negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of duty of FSHD Global.

  1. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Fundraising

FSHD Global takes fundraising integrity seriously.

If we reasonably suspect that a fundraising activity involves fraud, theft, misleading conduct, unauthorised use of our name or branding, or other unlawful conduct, we may suspend or terminate the fundraising activity and take any appropriate action.

This may include contacting relevant fundraising platforms, payment providers, authorities or donors where appropriate.

  1. Cancellation or Termination of a Fundraising Page

FSHD Global may suspend or remove a fundraising page where:

  • these Terms & Conditions are breached;
  • the page contains inappropriate, misleading or unlawful content;
  • the fundraiser misrepresents FSHD Global;
  • donations are being improperly handled; or
  • we reasonably consider that continued operation of the page may cause harm to participants, donors or FSHD Global.

Where appropriate, we will attempt to contact the fundraiser before taking action.

  1. Changes to These Terms

FSHD Global may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The current version will be made available at https://givinglifetomuscles.org

Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered participants where appropriate.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales where FSHD Global Research Foundation is headquartered.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction and any applicable courts of appeal.

PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By registering for or participating in an FSHD Global fundraising activity, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions;
  • I will fundraise honestly and responsibly;
  • I will comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • I will obtain any permissions or approvals required for my fundraising activity;
  • I understand that physical activity carries inherent risks;
  • if participating in the September Squat Challenge, I understand that I should seek medical advice before beginning this or any new exercise program;
  • I will exercise within my own physical capabilities and stop if I experience pain or feel unwell; and
  • I understand that FSHD Global is not providing medical or exercise advice through the September Squat Challenge.

Privacy policy

FSHD Global Research Foundation Limited (ABN 79 128 037 614) (FSHD Global, we, us or our) respects and acknowledges the importance of privacy. FSHD Global is compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) as contained within the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Act) when collecting, using, disclosing and managing your personal information.

 

FSHD Global operates the website fshdglobal.org (the Site).

This Privacy Policy (Policy) explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information we receive from users of the Site.

By accessing or using the Site and providing personal information to us, you consent to FSHD Global collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this Policy, and you acknowledge to be bound by this Policy.

For the purposes of this Policy, the term “personal information” has the meaning given to it in the Act.

Please note that when you use a link contained in the Site and are redirected to other websites, those websites are not subject to our Policy, and you will need to contact those websites to find out about their privacy and security policies.

Collection

When registering to use the Site, and when using the Site, we will ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, residential address, business address, and credit card details.

Personal information is also collected directly through the Site, and also through  Salesforce and Stripe, which are third party platforms, with the core purpose of processing donations and payments. All credit card details are encrypted and stored in Salesforce or in Commbank eVolve. Any credit card details that are received by FSHD Global from donors via email or paper donation, are inputted directly into the Salesforce or Stripe platforms and destroyed by FSHD Global immediately thereafter. Please note that Salesforce, Stripe and Commbank eVolve are not subject to our Policy, and you will need to contact these companies to find out about their privacy policies.

Client database details (excluding credit card details) are saved via google drive using mailchimp, an email marketing platform. These client database details are backed up daily to hard drive and saved on the FSHD Global server.  

If you do not provide certain personal information to us, then we may not be able to provide some or all of the requested services to you (or information about those services) or engage with you in connection with the good work that we do.

Use

FSHD Global is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to finding a treatment and cure for Facioscapulohumeral Dystrophy (FSHD). FSHD Global has been solely formed to fund medical research projects in relation to FSHD. These research projects aim to create a better understanding of and to find appropriate treatment and a cure for FSHD. Donations received are used to fund medical research.

Information is collected for fundraising activities, including but not limited to, events and donations. Personal information, including credit card details, may be shared with corporate donors who aid in fundraising activities. FSHD Global staff and volunteers have access to donor details as part of their day-to-day work. Outside IT support staff have access by way of hosting website and supporting staff.

If you register for our newsletters, attend an event, or donate via the Site, the personal information that you supply will be collected. We may contact you or provide information in order to gather more details about your donation or to inform you of upcoming events.

We may also use your personal information to communicate with you about improvements, updates on medical research and new versions and features of the Site, and new services offered on the Site. You may “opt out” of receiving these communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in emails, or by contacting our Privacy Officer, details of which are contained within this Policy.

We may also collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with lawful information requests from courts, government agencies and lawyers and in connection with legal proceedings, or suspected fraud, misconduct or unlawful activity.

Disclosure

We will not disclose personal information to third parties, other than for a purpose directly related to our activities.

In order to deliver our services to you, we may need to disclose personal information to agents and contractors who support the operation of our business, such as credit card processors and service providers for the purposes of email distribution.

Protection of Personal Information

We maintain standards and security procedures to prevent misuse, interference and loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Personal information is held electronically on the information technology systems of FSHD Global and may only be accessed by its authorised employees and contractors who may require access in connection with the purposes described in this Policy. All computers of our employees (and contractors) are password protected.

Access to Personal Information

In the event that access to personal information we hold about you is requested, FSHD Global will endeavour to respond to that request as soon as reasonably practicable if and to the extent required by applicable law. If there is no applicable requirement under law for FSHD Global to provide you with access to personal information we hold about you, FSHD Global will respond if such disclosure is fair and reasonable at FSHD Global’s discretion. FSHD Global reserves the right to make an administrative charge to you if it is required to provide you with access to personal information we hold about you as outlined above.

If you wish to access the personal information we hold about you or request correction of it, most personal information can be updated and corrected directly by logging in to your account details on the Site. If there are aspects of personal information that cannot be updated directly, then you can request access and correction of your personal information by clicking on the “Contact Us” link on the Site.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

FSHD Global may amend this Policy from time to time to ensure its currency with the changes in the domestic and international legal sphere. If FSHD Global makes changes, we will notify you by publishing them on the Site. We therefore encourage you to check the Policy from time to time.   1. About the Challenge

The September Squat Challenge (“Challenge”) is a fundraising initiative conducted by FSHD Global Research Foundation (“FSHD Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to raise awareness of facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) and funds to support FSHD research, advocacy, education and patient support.

These Prize Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the fundraising rewards and prize opportunities offered to registered participants in the Challenge.

By registering for and participating in the Challenge, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility
  1. The Challenge is open to Australian residents who register as a fundraiser through givinglifetomuscles.org during the promotional period.
  2. Participants must provide accurate and complete registration details.
  3. Participants must be registered fundraisers at the time they qualify for any reward or prize.
  4. FSHD Global employees, directors and their immediate families, and any person directly involved in administering the Challenge or prize arrangements, may be excluded from participating in prize draws at FSHD Global’s discretion.
  5. Where a participant is under 18 years of age, they must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate and claim any applicable prize.
  1. Fundraising Rewards

Registered fundraisers who reach the following fundraising milestones will be eligible to receive the corresponding reward:

Raise $100 – FSHD Global Cap

Participants who raise $100 or more in eligible donations will receive one FSHD Global cap.

Raise $300 – FSHD Global T-Shirt

Participants who raise $300 or more in eligible donations will receive one FSHD Global t-shirt.

  1. Fundraising milestones are cumulative. For example, a participant who raises $300 will qualify for both the cap and the t-shirt.
  2. Each participant may receive a maximum of one cap and one t-shirt under these milestone rewards, unless otherwise determined by FSHD Global.
  3. Reward sizes, styles and colours are subject to availability.
  4. FSHD Global reserves the right to substitute a reward with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised item is unavailable.
  5. Rewards will be provided to eligible participants after the relevant fundraising milestone has been verified.
  6. Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  1. $50 Fundraising Prize Draw

For every $50 raised, a registered fundraiser will receive one entry into the prize draw, subject to the conditions below.

For example:

  • Raise $50 = 1 entry
  • Raise $100 = 2 entries
  • Raise $250 = 5 entries
  • Raise $500 = 10 entries
  1. Entries are based on eligible funds successfully received and recorded through the official fundraising platform.
  2. Partial increments of $50 do not create an additional entry. For example, a participant who raises $125 receives two entries.
  3. There is no maximum number of entries a participant may earn, unless FSHD Global announces otherwise.
  4. Each eligible entry provides a chance to win one of the following prizes:
    • $100 Visa Gift Card
    • My Muscle Chef voucher
    • EHP Labs prize pack
  5. The number of prizes available will be determined and announced by FSHD Global.
  6. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  7. A participant may win only one prize from this prize draw, unless otherwise determined by FSHD Global.
  8. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  9. Where a specific prize becomes unavailable, FSHD Global may substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
  1. Major Fundraising Prizes

Top Individual Fundraiser

The individual fundraiser who has raised the highest total amount by the Challenge closing date will receive:

One ticket to the Sydney Chocolate Ball, valued at $1,600.

  1. The winner will be determined based on the total value of eligible funds raised and recorded on the official fundraising platform by the closing time and date specified for the Challenge.
  2. In the event of a tie, FSHD Global may determine the winner by a random draw between the tied participants.
  3. The ticket is subject to the Sydney Chocolate Ball’s terms, conditions and event arrangements.
  4. The ticket is valid only for the specified Sydney Chocolate Ball event and cannot be exchanged for cash or another event.
  5. The ticket is non-transferable unless FSHD Global expressly agrees otherwise.
  6. Any additional costs associated with attending the event, including travel, accommodation, food or other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

Top Team Fundraiser

The team that has raised the highest total amount by the Challenge closing date will receive:

One Club Wyndham voucher.

  1. The winning team will be determined based on the total value of eligible funds raised collectively by registered members of that team.
  2. The voucher is subject to Club Wyndham’s terms and conditions, including any applicable booking, availability, expiry or usage restrictions.
  3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. The prize is awarded to the winning team and is intended for the team’s benefit. FSHD Global may determine the method of delivery or allocation of the voucher to the winning team.
  5. Any costs not covered by the voucher are the responsibility of the team member(s) using it.
  1. Eligible Donations and Fundraising
  1. Only funds successfully donated and recorded through the official Challenge fundraising platform will count towards fundraising milestones, prize-draw entries and the top fundraiser/team rankings.
  2. Donations must be received by the applicable Challenge closing date and time to count.
  3. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid donations will not count.
  4. FSHD Global reserves the right to verify donations and fundraising activity.
  5. Fundraising amounts shown on the official fundraising platform will be treated as the final record unless FSHD Global identifies an error or discrepancy.
  6. Participants must not make false, misleading or fraudulent representations when seeking donations.
  7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when fundraising.
  1. Prize Draw and Winner Notification
  1. Prize draws will be conducted by FSHD Global or an authorised representative following the conclusion of the relevant fundraising period.
  2. Winners will be contacted using the details provided during registration.
  3. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, FSHD Global may redraw the prize or select another eligible winner.
  4. Winners may be required to provide reasonable evidence of identity and eligibility before a prize is awarded.
  5. FSHD Global may publish or announce the names of prize winners in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the participant’s consent where required.
  1. General Prize Conditions

  3. FSHD Global reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.
  4. FSHD Global accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, delay or additional expense arising from the acceptance or use of a prize, except to the extent required by law.
  5. FSHD Global makes no representation or warranty regarding third-party prizes, including Visa, My Muscle Chef, EHP Labs or Club Wyndham products, vouchers or services. Such prizes are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and conditions.
  6. FSHD Global reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct, manipulates fundraising results, or otherwise attempts to obtain an unfair advantage.
  1. Challenge Participation and Exercise Disclaimer

Participation in the September Squat Challenge involves physical activity.

Participants should seek medical advice before commencing the Challenge or undertaking any new exercise program, particularly if they have an existing medical condition, injury, disability or other health concern.

Participants should exercise within their own capabilities and stop immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms.

FSHD Global does not provide medical or exercise advice through the Challenge. Participants are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them and for undertaking the Challenge safely.

Participants living with FSHD or another neuromuscular condition should consult their treating healthcare professional or appropriately qualified exercise professional before undertaking the Challenge.

  1. Changes to the Challenge

FSHD Global reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the Challenge, or amend these Terms, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where necessary to ensure the integrity and proper administration of the Challenge.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Challenge website or other appropriate channels.

  1. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Challenge will be handled in accordance with FSHD Global’s applicable privacy policy and Australian privacy laws.

By participating, participants acknowledge that their personal information may be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Challenge, including verifying fundraising, contacting winners and arranging delivery of rewards and prizes.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the September Squat Challenge and participating as a fundraiser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with any other terms and conditions applicable to the Challenge, givinglifetomuscles.org and the relevant prize providers.
